Well, I'm here to tell you, YES  I think you do,

A bit about me. I'm Kath Lord-Green (Your Fairy Podmother)   I've been making “podcasts” long before there was such a thing as a podcast. I was a news correspondent for many years, making radio packages to go on news shows. I've been a radio presenter. I presented business, farming, health, and wellbeing shows 

All those shows were live,  I then edited them, packaged them up and put them on an audio file for listen again purposes ……. that’s podcasting. 

So yes, I can definitely make a podcast!

I'm an entrepreneur. I'm an award winning businesswoman and I know the importance of podcasting for business.

Hello and welcome to “How to Podcast for Business”

Podcasts are growing massively and show no signs of declining at this moment in time. And numerous businesses recognize the importance of having a podcast to help grow their business. 

Podcasting is now a huge opportunity for businesses to build awareness, both B2B and B2C. Unlike TV or radio, this internet-based media is an excellent way for you to deliver specific and expert content relevant to your target audience. This podcast is for those looking to add a business podcast to the digital marketing strategy. 

And don't forget, if someone has chosen to listen to your business podcast, you're already on the right path with that client or customer. 

Do you remember 20 years ago when people used to say, do you have a website for your business? and you'd say, do I need a website for my business? 10 years ago, people were saying, do I need a Facebook page for my business?

Add to that Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, whatever your chosen platform is that your business is on. I know I did, and here we are now with a website and all the social media pages for our businesses!

A little bit about me first and why listen to me.

I'm Kath Lord-Green, known as KLG, and I've been making podcasts long before there was such a thing as a podcast. I was a news correspondent for many years, making radio packages to go on news shows, as well as reading the daily news on commercial radio stations. 

I've been a radio presenter and I presented Business, Farming, Health and Wellbeing shows. 

All of those shows were live. I then edited them, packaged them up, and put them on an audio file for "listen again" purposes. That's podcasting. 

So yes, I can make a podcast. You should be in safe hands. I even built a very successful multi award-winning Community Radio Station from scratch. So I also get the technology bits too!
